Baby Creek CSO Control Facility

In order to comply with the NPDES permit requirements, DWSD successfully developed a long term CSO Control Plan, which identified several improvements to the system.
As part of this CSO Plan, DWSD had proposed to construct Baby Creek CSO Control Facility, which includes improvements to the following:
• Sewer System
• Screening Facility
• Chemical Storage
• Disinfection Facility
• Maintenance Area
• Control room
• Sampling Room
METCO was also responsible to prepare Basis of Design Report and detail design drawings and specifications for the following systems:
• Electrical Power Distribution
• Feed to all Process Equipment
• Building Lighting
• Site Lighting
• Telephone Communication System
• Fire Alarm System
• Security System
