Wayne County Parks Five Year Capital Improvement Program

As a result of millage approval for Wayne County Park Capital Improvement Program, Wayne County had initiated the implementation of a series of projects at countywide parks in various communities.
As part of this Program, METCO was hired as an Engineering Consultant to perform the necessary Survey, Engineering Design and Construction Services for the following Projects:
· Nankin Mills, City of Westland – Parking
Lot, Lighting and Brick Paving
· City of Detroit – Chandler Park Water Park
· Mariner Park, City of Detroit – Picnic
Pavilion, Riverwalk and Fishing Pier
· Crosswinds Marsh, Sumpter Township – Screen
House, Picnic Area, Restrooms, and
Campground
· Elizabeth Park, City of Trenton – Complete
Riverwalk, Public Seating and Entertainment
Area.
METCO provided the services to design, prepare contract documents and construction inspection services for these projects under the Program Manager – McNamee, Porter & Seeley.
