Study and Evaluation of Improvements:

  •  Design and Contract Document Preparation
     including improvements on the following:

       •  Open Channel/Closed Pipe Flow Metering
       •  Structural
       •  HVAC
       •  Electrical/I&C System
Sewage Meter Pit Improvements
Based on the study prepared under CS-1108, METCO as Prime Consultant has provided the following services:

   •  Design and preparation of Contract
      Documents relating to the improvements to
      rehabilitate the Flow Metering System,
      Lighting System, Ventilation System and
      other miscellaneous Civil and Structural
      improvements at thirty (30) sewage
      mastering locations of DWSD under PC-707,
      PC-711, PC-712 & PC-718.

   •  Provide Construction Related Services to
      DWSD including Shop Drawings Review, RFI
      and Change Order Request Evaluation etc.,
      during the life of Contracts PC-711, PC-
      712, & PC-718.

   •  Significant improvements in the accuracy
      and reliability of flow measurements and
      recording have been observed resulting in
      considerable revenue increase to DWSD from
      the sewage flow billing to the discharging
      communities.
