METCO Services is currently involved in the re-development of the City Center Area of Warren. Our primary role was to provide topographic and utility surveys for the entire +/-60 acre development area as well as the preparation of all Boundary Surveys to aid in the acquisition of properties throughout the site.
Currently we are in the process of creating over 100 new parcels within the Project area, which includes preparing all necessary parcel splits, combinations and the associated legal descriptions.
In addition to the above mentioned tasks we are currently onsite daily in order to provide all construction staking for the new roadways and parking areas designed for the project.
