METCO Services Inc. was responsible for providing Topographic & Boundary Surveys along with Construction Stakeout. These improvements included:
• Establish Horizontal & Vertical Control
around the entire 265 Acres of the Detroit
City Airport.
• Establish boundary for the entire site.
Establish and create boundary surveys for
15 adjoining blocks to be used for
potential future expansion.
• Perform Topographic Survey of various areas
within the about 265 acres for runway and
taxiway rehabilitation and for the Runway
Safety Areas.
• Perform construction layout across the site
for runways, taxiways and onsite utilities.
• Wrote Legal Descriptions for lot splits.
