METCO Services Inc. was responsible for providing Topographic & ALTA Surveys for 20 Detroit Public Schools. These improvements included:
• Establishing on-site Horizontal & Vertical
Control for each site.
• Performing complete Topographic Surveys
including: locating all on-site physical
features, all underground and surface
utilities, and all existing ground features
to create contours.
• Perform ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.
Establishing the existing boundary and
showing easements provided in the title
work.
